Guests can enjoy Adam Bentalha’s Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and his distinctive, generous, exact and sunny dishes in different spaces at the hotel.
From the Restaurant on the ground floor to the Kalios Terrace on the first floor and Villa Minuty on the rooftop. From breakfast to dinner, the menu and the tempo change. Brach Paris Le Restaurant in the 16th arrondissement, immerses guests in a world of vibrant hues and elegant shapes. A signature Philippe Starck space in which the design and the soul of the space converse. The warm-coloured and natural texture walls marry perfectly with the raw materials of the furniture such as leather, marble and wood. The open kitchen allows guests to look on as each dish is prepared. Brach Paris Le restaurant is first and foremost a place to enjoy with others, staying faithful to the essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
Located in the restaurant, the bar serves signature cocktails: the Verbena Spritz (Anaë Gin, verbena, elderflower, peach honey, vin jaune, prosecco), the Caprese (basil-infused Guillotine Vodka, dry vermouth, tomato water, Fever-Tree tonic), and the Guac’ Rita (Volcan Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, guacamole water), and classics such as Martini, Old fashioned, Moscow Mule… A selection of mocktails including the Virgin Spritz, Virgin Pornstar and Zenzero, as well as detox juices.

Every Sunday, Le Restaurant serves a hearty brunch that is considered to be one of the best in Paris. The brunch menu champions exceptional produce and Mediterranean dishes, all served in a vibrant and refined ambience.
Finger lime hummus, shoulder of lamb with Za’atar, herb focaccia, fresh, crunchy vegetables, rare olive oils… A hearty spread combined with classics such as fine pastries, freshly squeezed juices, pâtisseries made by Fabien Emery.

On the first floor of Brach Paris, the terrace comes to life at night. Between the indoors and the outdoors, the heated terrace is the perfect place to savour signature cocktails and refined wines. A place that exudes Parisian art of living, nestled between the capital city’s elegant façades. This season, the Terrace is all about Italian elegance. Precisely portioned antipasti and exceptional produce meticulously sourced in Italy. Adam Bentalha creates identical and perfectly sized dishes.

At the Pâtisserie, Fabien Emery is all about texture and seasonality. Delicate pastries, flans, tartes, éclairs, small and large cakes, precise creations, to be enjoyed on all occasions or simply as a treat.
Served in the restaurant or to take away. The Pâtisserie also makes cakes to order.

The bar at Brach Paris serves cocktails that are also inspired by Mediterranean flavours. The bar’s signature creations include Dorado (3-year-old Eminente Rum, caramel, homemade banana soda), the Adélita (Mahani Mezcal, vineyard peach, Campari, yellow bell pepper, passion fruit) and the Red Fashion (12-year-old Glenmorangie whisky infused with hibiscus, maple-soy syrup, spicy mix, Angostura bitters). Each cocktail is made using fresh ingredients, cold-extracted juices, ground spices and syrups made in-house.
